6th Summer Band Festival in Cheju_do （South Korea 2001 Aug.）		Based in Tokyo,Japan,the Orchestra is formed in 1992 by a group of enthusiastic music graduates. Since then,the Orchestra has been actively involved in the development of wind music scene. Besides their regular concerts,they also invite foreign conductors for special concerts and clinics to further expose and increase the musicians and audience'music horizon.
The Wind Orchestra has toured regionally namely,Taiwan,R.O.C. and South Korea for performances and festivals. Their performance was broadcasted on South Korea's national television in an effort to enhance diplomatic ties between the two countries.
